When you contact Sweet Savanna Hog Wild Inc., you're reaching actual community members—volunteers who care deeply about this mission. We don't have a receptionist or an automated system. You'll get a personal, thoughtful response from someone who knows the work we do.
We Respond Quickly
Most messages are answered within one to two business days. If you're reaching out close to an event or during county show season, it might take a little longer, but we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

If you're ready to donate or sponsor but have specific questions about how it works, here are a few things that might help.
What's the best way to donate?
We accept donations by check (mailed to our address above), by cash at events, or through direct bank transfer. When you contact us, we'll provide detailed instructions based on your preference.
We're working on adding online donation capabilities, but for now, we keep it simple and personal.
Can I donate in honor or memory of someone?
Absolutely. Many of our supporters give in honor or memory of a loved one. We can acknowledge your gift in a way that feels meaningful to you, and we'll send a notification to the family if you'd like.
How do I sponsor a specific youth?
If you know a young person you'd like to support, let us know when you reach out. We'll work with you to determine the best way to direct your contribution—whether that's covering project costs, sponsoring an auction purchase, or funding an award in their name.
If you don't know a specific youth but want to sponsor someone, we can connect you with a young person who would benefit from your support.
Will I receive a donation receipt for tax purposes?
Yes. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we provide official donation receipts for all financial contributions. Just let us know if you need documentation for in-kind donations as well.
